Funny on telly in sitcoms and ads, but also a cracking stand up.

Great stand up.  Proof that the more you do it the better you get.

There are going to be a bunch of comics from my comedy-watching past that I will need reminding of. Munnery is onery of those. Thanks to Jon Oliver for reminding me that Simon Munnery is one of the best.

For me it's not about the jokes, but the flashes of spontaneous genius in between that join the delivery to the crowd.  You get the sense no one else is going to have had the same experience as you...

...until he gets on the telly.

Some people think I only like white, slightly posh comics. This Joe Lycett video proves them all wrong.

Not seen him live yet but I hope to soon. If he doesn't give up the circuit for all the panel shows he is destined for.

I really like Andrew Lawrence. I remember his act being wierder, more murder-based, but I guess we all mellow as we get older.

Check out his upcoming gigs and the like at www.andrewlawrencecomedy.co.uk/

I saw James at a Comedy Bolthole gig and was knocked out by how good he was. Just great.
